By downloading or using SnapOrder, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SnapOrder is a personal order-management tool designed for independent sellers and small businesses. It lets you manually record, track, and manage customer orders directly on your device. Core manual order management is local-first and does not require an account.
SnapOrder can use AI to suggest order details from screenshots you choose to process. AI results may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you are responsible for reviewing and correcting order details before relying on them.
SnapOrder Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription charged to your Apple ID. A 14-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate. You can cancel at any time in your device Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore a previous purchase using the Restore option on the paywall screen. Restoration is subject to availability through Apple.
You may use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that could harm other users or third parties.
All order data you enter is stored on your device only. We do not back up or sync your data to any server. You are responsible for your own data. Deleting the App will permanently delete all stored orders.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapOrder and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including any loss of data.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
